Biogastechnik Süd offers acomprehensive service for biogas plants,from initial commissioning through to regular maintenance and rapid breakdown response. As a manufacturer, we know our products inside out: feed technology, agitation technology, separation technology, heat exchangers and digestate evaporation. Our service engineers from Isny arrive on site quickly, equipped with original spare parts, specialist expertise and the aim of getting your plant back up and running at full capacity as soon as possible.

Servicing and maintenance

Regular maintenance is the key to trouble-free operation of a biogas plant. Biogastechnik Süd offers scheduled maintenance intervals for all its own products, from feed-in technology to separation technology. Our service engineers document the condition of the plant, carry out preventative replacement of wear parts and ensure that your plant continues to comply with statutory requirements (TA Luft, DVGW).

With our telephone support service, you’ll be put through straight away to one of our expert advisers who can help you. Our in-house technical support team will be happy to advise you on any queries regarding materials or bespoke applications for our products. The specialist staff in our control and electrical department will be happy to advise you on any questions you may have regarding the operation of our systems. Thanks to the high stock levels in our spare parts warehouse, products are delivered to you promptly.

If an on-site visit is required at your premises, this will be arranged and agreed directly with you. As well as arranging the appointment, you will also be informed of any preparatory steps you can take yourself to make our installation team’s work easier in advance. If you are one of our customers in this region, we will serve you directly. Otherwise, our local service partners in your area will be on hand to assist you.

Remote access

Convenient remote access via the internet

For our VVT-GRV Vapogant digestate evaporation systems, as well as for the control systems of our other products, we offer secure remote access via the internet as a straightforward service. Should the need arise, our trained service staff will be on hand with access to your control system.

licence fee

Remote access requires an annual licence fee and a working internet connection. To access the control system remotely yourself, you must purchase a one-off licence (LinkManager Mobil). This licence is personalised and non-transferable. The licence is issued by Biogastechnik Süd GmbH and assigned to the authorised user.
