VariBull L – The new long-shaft agitator for large digesters and maximum reach
Our new VariBull L long-shaft agitator is a tried-and-tested and extremely reliable agitator for digesters, secondary digesters and digestate storage tanks in biogas plants. The low-maintenance drive unit, mounted on the outside of the tank, is always easily accessible.
Low-maintenance and durable thanks to high-quality components
A maintenance-free mechanical seal guarantees a permanent seal at the wall penetration, whilst the inner bearing, made from durable plastic, operates without requiring any additional servicing. Ten angled blades ensure rapid and uniform mixing across the entire vertical range of the biogas digester.
Maximum reach for large fermenter volumes
The VariBull L long-shaft agitator is specially designed for large digesters. The long shaft reaches even large tank diameters and ensures optimum substrate mixing in your biogas plant.
Applications:
The Varibull L is used in particularly large tanks with a diameter of over 30 metres. Ten paddle blades ensure powerful, uniform mixing throughout the entire tank volume. It can also be combined with the Varibull Standard. The Varibull L is specially designed for agitating viscous, high-viscosity substrates such as slurry, manure and renewable raw materials (NawaRo). The angled paddles guarantee uniform and energy-efficient mixing throughout the entire tank. It is designed for use in substrates with a dry matter content of up to 15 per cent, a pH value between 6.0 and 8.5, and temperatures up to +70 °C. Extended areas of application are available on request. The drive is designed for ambient temperatures up to +40 °C.
