EasyFeeder Top FA – High-performance feeding technology for large biogas plants

The EasyFeeder Top FA is an innovative feeding system for the efficient conveyance of solid biomass into biogas digesters. The system is particularly suitable for renewable raw materials such as grass and maize silage, but also reliably handles demanding substrates such as solid manure.

Intelligent multi-stage feeding system

The modular design comprises a large-volume container, a milling unit with three directly driven milling rollers, as well as a cross-screw, an ascending screw and a packing screw. The biogas substrate is mechanically shredded, homogenised and fed reliably and continuously into the digester via several conveying stages.

Maximum durability and ease of maintenance

Robust stainless steel components, solid housings and replaceable wear parts ensure exceptional durability and outstanding ease of maintenance for the feeding system. All drives are powered by high-performance electric motors with gearboxes, and numerous components are certified for operation in Ex zones.
