Easyfeeder Einbringtechnik für Biogasanlagen – Übersicht aller Modelle
Our EASYFEEDER range of feeding systems for biogas plants is characterised by its high degree of versatility in adapting to a wide variety of fermenter designs. But even when it comes to conveying the most challenging materials, such as long-fibred grass silage, our feeding systems are second to none. There are models to suit all volume requirements. Our feed systems for biogas plants are available as entry-level models, with or without a hopper, with lifting augers for feed inlets situated well above ground level, and – for particularly long-fibred and tough materials – also with a cutter attachment.
Even during the development of our solids feeding system – which has been tried and tested in practice for many years – the focus was on minimising energy consumption and wear. This is achieved through a sophisticated control system and the particularly robust design of all load-bearing parts. Consequently, the feed screw and drives in our feeding system are designed to be particularly solid and robust. All parts susceptible to corrosion are made from V2A stainless steel. All drives are fitted with an adjustable load monitoring system. The interval control system, featuring automatic reverse operation in the event of overload, ensures smooth and trouble-free operation.
All components of our feeding technology for biogas plants have been designed in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery and are approved, subject to certain restrictions, for operation within Ex zones.

Unsere Easyfeeder Kombinationsmöglichkeiten
Our Easyfeeder systems are modular in design and can be combined with various feed hoppers, such as funnels or discharge chutes. This allows the solid feed rate to be flexibly adapted to the substrate, plant capacity and feed hopper volume of the biogas plant.

Einbringtechnik – Serien
- Easyfeeder feeding technology (standard)
The Easyfeeder solid feed systems form the basis for efficient solid feeding. The feed material is conveyed to the digester via a disintegrating screw unit or a milling attachment and a main feed screw.- Easyfeeder AS
- Easyfeeder FA
- Easyfeeder Top feeding technology
The EBT Top series is specially designed for top-loading of underground tanks. The material to be conveyed is first transported upwards via an ascending screw and then into the fermenter by the packing screw. We offer various EBT Top models to meet different requirements.- Easyfeeder Top AS
- Easyfeeder Top FA
- Easyfeeder Mix feeding technology
The EBT Mix series is specifically designed for liquid feeding systems. After passing through the milling attachment, the material is fed into a dosing station where solid and liquid substrates are mixed. To meet different requirements, we offer various Mix models (dosing stations) or a flexible interface.- Easyfeeder Mix Flex

Combination with a feed tray:
Our feed hoppers are perfectly matched to the Easyfeeder. Hoppers are suitable for beginners or smaller feed quantities. Our push-out containers offer a simple and cost-effective solution. Push-floor containers are ideal for high volumes where space is at a premium. For large feeding quantities, we recommend roller conveyor containers
Further combination options are available on request.
Easyfeeder feeding technology in biogas plants - Benefits and applications - Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Feeding technology refers to systems for the automatic dosing and conveyance of solid substrates, such as maize silage, grass silage or manure, into the digester of a biogas plant. It ensures a consistent supply of substrate and a stable fermentation process.
Modern feeding technology for biogas plants processes a variety of substrates, such as maize silage, grass silage, solid manure and energy crops. Even materials high in fibre or with a coarse texture can be fedreliably .
Continuous dosing stabilises the biological process in the digester and prevents fluctuations in performance. This enables the biogas plant to achievea consistently high level of gas production .
An efficient feed-in technique reduces energy consumption, maintenance requirements and wear and tear on the plant. At the same time ,precise dosing increases biogas yield and thus the cost-effectiveness of the biogas plant.
Modular feed-in technology can be flexibly adapted to existing biogas plants . This makes it particularly easy to carry outexpansions or retrofits .
Yes, modern feed-in technology can be easily integrated into existing biogas plants . Modular systems ,in particular ,allow for straightforward retrofitting without the need formajor alterations.
New feed systems utilise optimised conveying technology and have low energy requirements. This reduces both electricity consumption and the operating costs of the biogas plant.
A uniform and controlled feed prevents the fermenter from becoming overloaded . This ensures that the biological process remains stable and gas production remains constant.
Many feeding systems feature built-in foreign material separation or robust conveyor systems. This ensures that stones, metal parts or other foreign materials are reliably removedfrom the process .
The size of the feed system depends on the capacity of the biogas plant and the daily quantity of substrate used . Correct sizing ensures efficient and trouble-free feeding.
Biogas plants operate using abrasive and fibre-rich substrates, which place high demands on the technology . Robust feed systems ensure long-term operation and low maintenance costs.
Automatic dosing and conveying systems enable the fermenter to be fed on a timed basis or as and when required . This makes the operation of the biogas plant more efficient and less reliant on staff.
Thanks to their robust construction and durable materials such as stainless steel , combined with modern installation techniques , maintenance and upkeep costs are kept to a minimum . At the same time ,the short running times of the drives reduce wear and tear and thus lower operating costs in the long term .
The feed system for biogas plants is designed to require minimal maintenance and features robust screw conveyors, load monitoring of the drives and automatic reverse operation in the event of an overload. This ensures trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance requirements .
The Easyfeeder feeding system has a modular design and can be combined with various feed hoppers, such as funnels or slide chutes . This allows the solid feed rate to be flexibly adaptedto the substrate, plant capacity and feed hopper volume of the biogas plant .
