Returgant Direct in a Container (TT-PSS-RD)
This innovative development comprises a fully assembled container equipped with Returgant Direct technology and ready for use at any location within the biogas plant. The pump, wet shredder and biomass recirculation filter are all compactly integrated into a single container. Here, too, the focus is on two key aspects: reducing emissions and optimising the use of digestion processes in biogas plants.
The biomass recirculation filter plays a crucial role here, as it takes into account the varying digestion times of the substrates and, compared to conventional methods, ensures that incompletely digested fibrous material is further digested in the digester. This results in an additional gas yield of up to 20 per cent in the biogas plant. This ensures a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly digestion process.
