Ideal for retrofitting to an existing dosing station

The Easyfeeder Mix & Flex is primarily used where a dosing station is already in place and reliable processing of solid substrates is required. The system can be integrated regardless of the manufacturer and is ideally suited to biogas substrates such as maize silage, grass silage, renewable raw materials (NawaRo) or solid manure.

Further technical details:

A wheel loader fills the feed hopper with solid material.
The milling drums break up the fed material and ensure optimum dosing.
The cross-shaft screw conveyor transports the loosened solid material to the dosing station. The interface must be defined on a case-by-case basis.
