The EasyFeeder Top AS solid feed system is specifically designed for the reliable feeding of renewable raw materials into biogas plants. At its heart is a robust hopper for handling large volumes of biomass.
Efficient substrate conveying via an intelligent screw conveyor system
The biogas substrate is transported efficiently, evenly and gently into the digester via high-performance disintegrating screws, a rising screw and a packing screw. The multi-stage conveying system ensures optimum substrate preparation for your biogas plant.
Precise dosing via an integrated weighing system
The feeding system features an integrated weighing device for precise, weight-based substrate dosing. Fully automatic or manual operation – flexible to suit your requirements.
Modular, flexible and safe
The modular design allows for flexible configurations, easy maintenance and adaptation to different fermenter heights (5 m / 6 m). Depending on the version, limited use is also possible in Ex Zone 2 (gas).
Applications:
- Automatic and continuous filling of fermenters that are not recessed into the ground.
- Possible delivery heights: 4 m / 5 m / 6 m
