Feed technology for biogas plants
EasyFeeder BioMerge – Centralised integration of multiple substrate sources for biogas plants
EasyFeeder Mix BioMerge (EBT-M-BG)
EasyFeeder BioMerge with dosing station – the perfect combination for complex substrate mixtures
The EasyFeeder BioMerge with integrated BioMerge dosing station from BioG is the ideal combination of feeding technology, pre-treatment and mixing when dealing with two or more biogas substrates of varying consistency. The centralised system combines all process steps into a single, efficient solution for your biogas plant.
Optimal substrate preparation through intelligent mixing
Organic material is mixed with liquid manure from a fermenter or secondary digester to optimally prepare it for digestion in the biogas plant. The result: a homogeneous, pumpable substrate mixture for maximum gas yield.
Centralised solution for multiple substrate sources
The Easyfeeder BioMerge system is specifically designed for biogas plants with three or more different substrate sources. The central dosing station enables precise mixing ratios and optimal utilisation of all input materials – from solids to liquid substrates.
Area of application:
- Processing of two or more substrates
- Also suitable for challenging and long-fibre materials
Advantages
Easyfeeder Mix BioMerge
- Liquid feeding
Homogenisation increases biogas yield and process stability
Thanks to its pumpable viscosity, longer distances
and differences in elevation can be overcome.
Modular design for high flexibility
Further technical details:
- Combination of several process steps (conveying, dissolving, dosing, mixing, foreign matter separation, recirculation) in a single unit
- High operational reliability thanks to foreign material separators
- Easy integration into existing systems
- Flexible application for various substrates
- Homogenisation increases biogas yield and process stability
- Can supply several tanks depending on the pipework layout. The pipework length and pressure losses must be taken into account (as these can affect efficiency).
