Feeding technology for biogas plants
EasyFeeder PreMix – Dosing system for liquid feeding with fermenter premix
EasyFeeder Mix PreMix (EBT-M-VS)
EasyFeeder PreMix – Solids + digestate = Optimal liquid feeding for biogas plants
The EasyFeeder PreMix is a versatile dosing system for feeding biogas plants with solid substrates, which are mixed directly with fermenting substrate from the fermenter to achieve optimal liquid feeding. The result: improved pumpability and higher gas yield thanks to perfect premixing.
Pre-mixing with digestate – ideal for challenging substrates
Thanks to the intelligent premixing of long-fibre, challenging or stackable residues with digester effluent, the Easyfeeder PreMix system is particularly suitable for agricultural businesses wishing to efficiently utilise a wide variety of input materials and organic waste in their biogas plant.
Higher gas yield through optimal substrate preparation
Pre-mixing with active digestate from the digester offers several advantages: solids are broken down more effectively, long-fibre materials are distributed optimally and bacterial activity is initiated immediately. This increases the economic efficiency of biogas production.
Area of application:
- Processing of two or more substrates
- Also suitable for challenging and long-fibred materials
- Also suitable for stackable waste materials (food waste)

Liquid feeding
Homogenisation increases biogas yield and process stability
Thanks to its pumpable viscosity, longer distances
and differences in elevation can be overcome.
Modular design for high flexibility
Further technical details:
- Combination of several process steps (conveying, dissolving, dosing, mixing, foreign-body separation, recirculation) in a single unit
- High operational reliability thanks to foreign matter separators
- Easy integration into existing systems
- Compact design = space-saving
- Flexible application for various substrates
- Homogenisation increases biogas yield and process stability
- Can supply several tanks, depending on the pipework configuration. Pipework length and pressure losses must be taken into account (as these can impair efficiency).
