Here’s what you can expect:

As a site manager, you’ll be responsible for site management, briefing and supporting clients on site through site visits.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, facilitating the exchange of information for internal and external coordination, and ensuring that projects run smoothly, efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will also include:
► Supervising installation work
► Managing and planning the installation team
► Ensuring projects are carried out and managed to a high professional standard

What you bring to the role:

You have completed a trade or technical apprenticeship or a comparable degree, or alternatively hold an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience – ideally in plant engineering, metalworking, agricultural engineering or electrical engineering.
A good understanding of processes is also important to us. An understanding of electronics is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. You are confident in communicating in German and English.

• Supporting and advising our customers at our Isny office – by telephone, in writing, digitally and, occasionally, through travel

What YOU bring to the role:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an industrial, office, wholesale or foreign trade clerk) or a degree or further training as a technician in the field of engineering or agriculture
• A passion for direct customer communication – both over the phone and in person
• Technical understanding and an interest in solutions in the field of renewable energy; specific knowledge of biogas is not essential
• A structured, independent and reliable approach to work – you plan, document and prioritise your tasks with confidence
• High levels of motivation, initiative and curiosity to familiarise yourself with new subject areas and products
• Willingness to travel within Germany, combined with a passion for face-to-face interaction on site
• Experience in sales or customer service is desirable, but committed career changers are also welcome
