Discharge station – a compact solution for fast and clean ASL filling
The filling station features a compact design, is extremely easy to maintain and is robustly built. It is suitable for both outdoor and indoor installation and covers all the functions required for professional ammonium sulphate solution filling at your biogas plant.
High-performance filling: Flow rate of up to 900 l/min
The unloading station enables very rapid filling of a tanker with a flow rate of up to 900 l/min. Simple and rapid filling of the tankers is achieved using standardised hoses with Camlock couplings. Clean and complete disconnection of the connecting hoses is ensured by venting and drain valves.
Versatile: Filling and unloading of ASL tankers
Upon delivery of ASL, the station enables the straightforward emptying of various tankers using the pump installed in the unloading station. Ideal for biogas plants producing ASL from digestate evaporation (Vapogant).

Further technical details:
Thanks to an on-site operator terminal, the system allows for both manual and automatic refuelling, depending on your requirements and preferences.Taking ASL as an example, the refuelling station performs the following tasks:
- ASL delivery: Automatic refuelling process until cut-off by a sensor or manually
- ASL collection: Either entry and dispensing of an adjustable total quantity or manual dispensing
- ASL concentrate mixing (collection): The mixing process can be started via remote control or on-site. Entry and dispensing of an adjustable total quantity.
