As an alternative to our stationary Sepogant screw press separator, we have developed the mobile Sepogant Kompakt screw press separator. In just a few simple steps, this compact separator for slurry or other substrates is ready for operation in no time at all. After use, it can be made ready for transport again in no time at all.

The compact unit comprises all the components required for standalone operation at biogas plants. The substrate is drawn in via a feed pump. After passing through the Sepogant, the liquid fraction of the substrate is pumped off to a suitable location via a press water pump. The solid fraction of the digestate can be unloaded directly onto a trailer. The entire process is fully automatic and is controlled via the central control cabinet, which incorporates safety functions.

The basic unit of the Sepogant Kompakt separator is the same as that of our stationary Sepogant system for biogas plants.

Applications:

The Sepogant Kompakt can therefore be used in a variety of locations. It is particularly well-suited for contractors to use the unit across multiple sites.
