The Sepofarm Modul

Our Sepogant in modular construction is mounted on a lattice frame under which a container can be placed. This makes it possible to collect the separated material in this container and move it to another location with very little effort. For the farmer this means that he can still earn money with the solid material from his slurry and manure by selling it to the biogas plant. The liquid fermentation residue can be fed into the farmer's pit. After the solid has passed through the process in the biogas plant, Vapogant Ammonium Sulphate (ASL), which is used as fertilizer, can optionally be obtained by using our digestate evaporation system.

In addition to the increase in profit, the possible reduction in storage can also be seen as an advantage. In addition, CO2 and area savings are possible. The module can be used flexibly and the substrate can be used by the biogas plant operator as a substitute for maize.
